CANCELLATION POLICY

At our clinic, we recognize that there may be times when you must cancel your physiotherapy appointment. We kindly request that you inform us as promptly as possible, aiming for at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit.

When appointments are canceled without sufficient notice or missed entirely, it deprives another client of the opportunity to receive treatment. Therefore, we encourage you to maintain your appointments and to arrive punctually.

Cancellation Fees

Missed Appointments: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notifying us in advance will be charged the full appointment fee.

Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be subjected to a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

Cancellations With Less Than 12 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will incur a charge of the full appointment fee.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any form of communication will be responsible for the full fee.

Consideration for Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such instances, the application of cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of our clinic.

Same-Day Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment for the same day (subject to availability), we will not impose any cancellation fee.

Policy on Prepayment: Clients with a history of last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay for future appointments to secure their booking.
